Conditioning

Conditioning

We offer skills training for pitching, catching, fielding, and hitting. Each session is tailored to your individual athlete’s needs and goals. Whether they’re just getting started, needing a refresher, or looking for advanced skills work to get them to the next level, we will design a program to meet your athlete where they’re at, and develop their skills.


Skills packages includes a 30 minute initial consultation with the athlete, video of their progress, and an end-of-program evaluation.

Conditioning

No training program is complete without conditioning. Our conditioning programs are a great add-on to our skills packages. These programs will help your athlete to build endurance, flexibility, and strength. The work they’ll do in our conditioning programs will increase the benefits they see from skills training, and it will help to avoid injury.


Conditioning programs include a 30 minute initial consultation with the athlete, and an end-of-program evaluation.

Strength

Proper strength training is essential for a young athlete’s development. Our strength training packages are designed to target your athlete’s needs, while also teaching them the correct way to build strength and prevent injury. Your athlete will have virtual access to their very own personal trainer and coach, who will tailor a workout program to meet their individual needs.


Strength training packages include:

  • 30 minute initial consultation so that Coach Julia can learn about your athlete, their goals, and their schedule;
  • Workouts tailored to each athlete’s specific goals and needs;
  • Weekly check-ins to go over progress;
  • Access to video tutorials for each exercise in the workout.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the glue that holds all great training plans together. So many young female athletes don‘t know how food works for their body, or how to properly fuel their body. That’s why our nutrition programs start with education. We aren’t dieting, we’re fueling! And we’ll teach your athlete how to fuel for optimum performance.


Ages 10-14:

We offer a nutrition program designed to educate your young athlete on the importance of nutrition and proper fueling, which we partner with examples of healthy meals, and weekly check-ins with our nutrition coach. This is a 4 week program.


Ages 15-17:

We offer 6 week, 12 week, and 18 week programs which include education, meal plans, and weekly check-ins with our nutrition coach.
