Hustle Was started by mother/daughter team, Valerie and Julia. Valerie has been in the softball world for over 30 years as a player and a coach. Julia has been an athlete her whole life, is a certified personal trainer, and is in the Gillings School of Public Health at UNC Chapel Hill. Both women are passionate about educating and training young athletes so they can reach their goals.
