This is a full training program which includes skills, conditioning, and strength training sessions each week, as well as nutrition education and planning, for 10 weeks! If your athlete is looking to lock in on the off-season, this is the package for you!
Each skills program is specifically designed for your individual athlete.
This program can be done with 1 session per week for 12 weeks or 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
This program can be done with 1 session per week for 18 weeks, or 2 sessions per week for 9 weeks.

Education and nutrition planning designed for young female athletes.
Because growth and development is so crucial during this age range, we begin with education, not rigid meal plans. We want to give these young athletes the information and knowledge to be able to fuel their bodies appropriately, without limiting them to a rigid diet. This is a 4 week program.

All of our individual packages can be combined, and 10% will be taken off the total cost for any combination of packages!
